1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to mr8, Malaysia's champion online sports betting and casino platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mr8 ("mr8", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the mr8 website located at https://mr8.lat and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

mr8 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mr8 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3 Account Registration
To access the full suite of mr8 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number or passport number, and a valid contact email address.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mr8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Supported Payment Methods: mr8 currently supports Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX Online Banking, and USDT cryptocurrency transfers.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days, while e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) are usually processed within 24 hours.
- Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
- Transaction Limits: mr8 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
- Currency Conversion: If a transaction is initiated in a currency other than MYR, conversion fees and exchange rate differences will be borne entirely by you.
mr8 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. Please check with your payment provider before transacting.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
mr8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded, or whose accounts are under review, are not eligible to claim promotions.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of a current bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, hedging bets across accounts, or using automated software — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
- Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- mr8's Discretion: mr8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in and are actively meeting wagering requirements will be allowed to complete those requirements under the original terms.
6 Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply across all sports and event markets offered on the mr8 Platform. Game-specific rules for casino, slots, and fishing games are set out in the relevant product sections of the Platform.
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. mr8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion.
- Odds: All odds are displayed in Malaysian (Malay) odds format by default, with options to switch to Decimal or Hong Kong formats. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
- Void Bets: mr8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, match abandonment, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
- Live Betting: In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. Results for live markets are determined by official scores at the time of settlement.
- Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Malaysia Super League matches, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute, mr8's decision is final.
- Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by sport and market type.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mr8 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or event.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing mr8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted administrative area of the Platform.
mr8 employs advanced fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Suspicious activity will be flagged, investigated, and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with international AML standards and Malaysian financial regulations.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.

- Use the mr8 name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mr8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond mr8's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Any inaccuracies in odds, statistics, or results data displayed on the Platform that are attributable to third-party data providers.
In circumstances where mr8 is found liable despite the above limitations, our total liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your mr8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by mr8's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11 Privacy & Data
mr8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Account Termination
Either you or mr8 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Termination by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance (less applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
- Termination by mr8: mr8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to an internationally licensed online gaming operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mr8 Platform shall first be submitted to mr8's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent mr8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
